Our service department schedules gauge reads Monday-Friday only and does not book services on major holidays. Please note the date that on the form for which you have scheduled the gauge read, and acquire the signature(s) from the buyers.
Please contact our office to discuss this in detail. Please remember that this form must be signed and dated by both parties prior to the close of escrow for the reimbursement to take place. This is done to maintain transparency for all parties concerned; confirming that nobody is surprised by an additional expense not communicated within escrow.
As mentioned, the new customers will receive the discounted first fill rate & their tank rental will be waived the first year. Please pass on our regards and that we look forward to serving them.
